Ruark Remembered by Alan Ritchie, is a book by the man who best knew him. This book was written over forty years ago by the devoted personal secretary of Ruark. Editor, Jim Casada succeeded in the task of reducing Ritchie's 800 page manuscript to a managable size.

Someone of Value is a biography of Ruark, written by Hugh W. Foster. Reading his book will give you additional insite into Ruark's problems and passions.  You will also find that Ruark accurately predicted Africa's future that resulted from European powers engineering the independence of their colonies and then conveniently overlooking their well-being.
